Can you believe this? A sheriff's deputy tackled, punched and arrested a print reporter for taking pictures of people standing in line to vote in West Palm Beach. The sheriff's department says it's enforcing a new county rule that prohibits the press from interviewing or photographing voters lined up outside the polls.
