Please tell me you're kidding!
Asher, posted 8/10/2004 7:52:00 PM
Nope, but I'm splitting it with Chris, and we underbid, which makes it a tiny bit more affordable.

And I thought homes were expensive here in Missouri.
Ronnie, posted 8/11/2004 10:12:00 PM
Are you serious about the price? Wow. DC is expensive.

Where is the pavement? How do you walk to places without cars streaming past you?
Col., posted 8/20/2004 5:33:00 AM
Col - for some reason this neighborhood is devoid of sidewalks. People walk on the streets, which aren't busy, and they are extra wide (the streets, not the people).

Congrats...looks nice
What are the specs...i.e. # of Rooms sq footage?

I live in MD, right in the middle of an imaginary Triange created by the three cities Baltimore, Washington, and Annapolis. So I can tell you, Mr. Greene is not at all kidding about the denero he spent on su casa over in Virgin-I-A. In fact, when we bought our house in 1995 it went for about $350K. Today, it's worth more than $525K. FYI, the square footage of my home is around 3,500. Mr. Greene's home (99% positive) is less. PS-Thank you for teacherreviews.com, Dylan.
