An ex had her power go out, couldn't find a flashlight but knew her house well enough, she thought, to stumble her way through. After getting blown backwards with a nice deep burn on her hand, and later being told by every doctor and electrician that she'd be toast if she hadn't been leaning backwards when she touched it, she's learned her lesson.

you guys should totally call a maintenance girl to come out and fix all your lights and wiring
make sure you research to get a "good" maintenance girl.
Print all of these pix and list where they are on the back. All of that would be fixed in no time and it will only cost about $500!
