There was no way you could miss our house. You can't tell from the photo but there's also fog streaming out of the garage. A neighbor stopped by to warn us that our garage was on fire. Ooops - we never told our neighbors about the party!

Notice our cool chandelier? It's one of three that we installed just days before the party. They were a bitch to put in but totally worth it and far better than what the house came with.

We usually get a keg, but this year we decided to be a little different and got a helium tank and hundreds of balloons instead. It was cheaper and just as fun. Suzie spent hours inflating them all. I hope everybody complemented her work.

More new lights, and some freaky hands coming out of the attic. We figured that if too many people came to the party we'd start shoving people into the attic. It's nice up there, but if you stepped in the wrong spot you'd fall through the ceiling. That would have been hilarious.

My bedroom furniture is currently being built by the gentle hands of underpaid workers in some offshore factory.

We ran out of orange balloons so many rooms were decorated just with black balloons.

Chris and I spent an entire day fixing this display case up. Most of that time was for a few key models. The Star Destroyer took a couple hours to repare and it's still not totally flyable.
