For the 2003 New Years, Mary Ann and I went to South Beach, Miami, and had some kick-ass freaky phun-fun.

Mary Ann and I visited my mom's parents, Nana (Hindy) and Pop-Pop (Irv) in winter home in Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. I killed my camera in the ocean, and still had a great time. Watch out for many gratuitous bikini shots here.

I took part in a Christmas celebration for my first time with Mary Ann and her wonderful family in Orlando, Florida. Their hospitality, food, and gifts to me were all great. A special thanks goes to Mary Ann's Aunt and Uncle for hosting me.

My brother graduated from University of Maryland. It took me five years, but it only took him four and a half! He's headed to University of Maryland Dental School in Baltmore, the oldest (because it was the first) dental school in the US.

Desiree finshed a year of training and she's soon being shipped out. Mary Ann finshed another semester. I brought a dead battery so not many photos.

Another going away party for Des. We thought this would be the last one, but she's still with us us, yay!

Mary Ann got a real full-time job doing usability (like me) - so she'll either stop working at Starbucks or come in fairly infrequently (so to see her regulars and maybe for the free coffee).

This was sort of a reunion party of sorts for Mary Ann and I - we met at Renee's previous party (Cinco de Mayo). We tried to redo some of the same pictures but we had use a stand-in since Desiree couldn't make it.

Desiree's being trucked off to some unknown location for her secret duties for our Air Force.

I took Mary Ann and Desiree to see Les Mis for their first time as their Hanukkah and Desiree's going away suprise present. We also had an awesome dinner at 1331.

Mary Ann grew up in Texas and Florida and has never driven in snow before. Or been sledding, but we didn't have time to do that.

Something soft and furry got into our house. We didn't know what it was until it leaped and glided across the living room.

Amy and I attended the National Menorah Lighting which is on the Elipse in front of the white house and near the National Chistmas Tree. Makes me wonder how many National things there must be in DC...
